高溫酷熱、雨量充沛的三伏天里，人們創(chuàng)造了各種避暑良方。有人喜歡“綠樹陰濃夏日長”，輕搖蒲扇臥聽清風(fēng)蟬鳴；有人選擇與水親近，看飛流直下三千尺，千尋雪浪飛。廣東地區(qū)則有大暑食用燒仙草的習(xí)俗，以求清熱解暑，補(bǔ)充能量。
