一年中的第23個節(jié)氣小寒，在陽歷新年伊始壓軸登場。此時的北方，人們即將迎來一年中最冷的“數(shù)九寒天”，而南方真正的至寒時刻，還要在大寒時節(jié)才會到來。
Minor Cold, the 23rd solar term of the year, comes to a close at the beginning of the New Year. In the north, people are about to usher in the coldest days of the year, while the real cold moment in the south area will be arrived only in the solar term of Major Cold.
English Version“Minor Cold”
小寒通常在臘八節(jié)前后，人們一般有喝臘八粥、泡臘八蒜的習俗。而在廣東，小寒這天，人們還會以甜蜜敦厚的糯米飯，來填補冬日中熱量的空缺。
Minor Cold is usually around the Laba Festival, which celebrates the eighth day of the twelfth lunar month. For this day, people have the custom of eating Laba porridge and making Laba garlic. In Guangdong, sweet glutinous rice is also made to fulfill the needs of heat on Minor Cold day.
在年復一年、周而復始的耕耘中，我們見證了花開，也曾守候月圓，挺立過寒冬，也盼望著春天。往事皆已逝，來者猶可追，抬手張望前方——通向明日之路，正光明燦爛。
Year after year, in the cycle of time, we have witnessed the flowers bloom, and waited for a full moon. We together stand against the winter, and look forward to a new spring. The past is gone, yet the future can still be seized. Come and take a look ahead - the way to tomorrow is glorious and bright.
